Just curious if anyone has had front end alignment issues after replacing upper control arms, etc. I also replaced the camber hardware and the tech stated the camber hardware was not working!? I honestly cant see an issue with it but this place I went to has a habit of wanting more money.

 

Are your pins still there? I had to cut my upper arms out when I replaced mine, and I accidently cut off one of the pins. I had to weld it back on, but it would have been an easy thing to miss. The cam action is all in that pin and cam, and if you don't have them it won't work.
Also, make sure the pin is in the slot for all of your cams; I believe the cam plates can be installed backwards where they won't line up and engage the pin.

 

I had similar issues on my h3, had to cut out the tie rod ends, cam bolts to the her control arms, sway bar links, etc. I do have the outer pins still but not the inner ones.
