The selector switch power comes from fuse 58, go back to switch and check for power.

Depending on the codes the issue is throwing there is another explanation. There is the possibility it is a software issue. There was a TSB on it in the 06-07 models. I’m not positive on how you’d go about diagnosing that without paying to have the PCM reflashed. If all else fails you may try that. But it would be my last resort because that’s kinda like throwing parts at it. I’m still thinking your encoder motor is faulty. If the truck won’t move and you’d like to continue using it you can remove the encoder and manually put the case into 4 hi non hub locked using a wrench. I’m not sure which direction to turn the unit inside. You’d just have to trial and error that.

That motor should work fine and it has a 1 year warranty so I don’t see the harm. I’ve rarely bought AC Delco hummer parts. They are ridiculously overpriced and honestly mostly under built. In my 10 years of owning two of these rigs I can tell you from experience be prepared to deal with issues. I love my truck but they seem to be one of the worst products GM has turned out in years. Many many issues and seemingly poorly designed parts. They seem to have used the cheapest materials available. To date on my 07 I’ve had to replace the tranny at 130k miles, the front diff at 142k miles, and the rear diff at 152k. My 2008 the motor crapped out at 138k miles. Everything I just mentioned was fully serviced and maintained. Just gave out prematurely IMO. I guess in short what I’m saying is …..be prepared for problems. They will arise.

the car drive and moves it just won’t go on any of the 4 wheel buttons / settings . The code that I have is C0276. The PCM is already flashed and tuned

that’s great to know . Do u think that my shift fork is okay? I am more leaning toward the encoder not sending the right signal or multifunction even tho when I took it off it moves but it’s very rusty and old it’s the original one on the truck and the truck is 07 and have 95k miles . I ordered the one off eBay. Do I just install it ? Or do I have to move the fork with a wrench and set it before installing the new one?
