Default 2008 Hummer H3 Electrical Issues key Ignition

Hi All, Trying to solve some issues, maybe someone can shed light on. I'll try to be brief, on what happened and what's been done so far.

driving home one day 2 weeks ago, started to rain, and the windshield wipers won't turn on. Figured it could be fuses, motor etc. so I figure I would
check it out when I got home. after arriving home, I turned off the engine, and couldn't get the key out of ignition. After reviewing this issue on this forum,
I did the following procedures.

1. Cut off old battery terminals and replaced with Stinger type.
2. Installed brand new battery.

Results: No Change

So I had to take it to a local auto shop for repair, and after $748 dollars they replaced Lock cylinder assembly and made 2 new brand new keys.
after returning home, I checked all fuses in the front box with light tester, and all are not blown.

I still have the following not working:

1. The wipers do now work, but the front washer pump does not.

2. The rear Wiper, and pump does not work.

3. driver side door windows, locks mirror adjustment do not work
After messing with the connector from the door, to the body, it seems like the door locks will intermittingly work, but the windows will not, but I can hear them
making a sound, like its trying.

I'm thinking the wire harness in the door is corroded out, and needs to be replaced, which looks like a B***ch to do.
I'm also thinking maybe the stalk on the steering column needs replacing?
It seems curious that all these issues happened at the exact same time, but if anyone can shed some light on this, I'd appreciate it, cuz not having washer solution
with Winter coming is not an option.
thanks in advance!

have you checked the BCM in the passenger footwell area for corrosion since it is prone to water damage from water intrusion.

No, I haven't, is it easier to check for damage, or failure?

Does your H3 have a sunroof? If so, do the clogged sunroof drain fix, sooner the better.

The damage done before is now causing issues? I think broxteck is on to something. Disconnect the BCM, clean the connections with CRC Electronics Cleaner, inspect the harness for damage.

Absolutely, I also noticed my headlights flickering last night, so I definitely have a gremlin in the system. I will pop the panel on the BCM, and check it out.
thanks!

I also found its difficult to locate a door harness for sale, even GM dealers are out.

After, finding a trusted mechanic, I resolved the issues. main fuse box was basically toast. the driver side door connector to the body had corroded pins.
replaced fuse box, and faulty door connector, now all is working, until next problem shows up.
