My 08 H3 recently started getting a fluid warning and illuminating the red brake light, if I tapped the brake peddle it would go out and not return. Yes, it has brake fluid, it is filled and the level does not decrease. After doing this intermittently for the past month or so the traction control warning and yellow indicator has joined in the fun and a service warning comes along with it. The brakes work absolutely fine, there is no brake issue, there is no traction issue, any ideas how to correct these issues since I have an inspection due and no idea where to begin, thanks in advance.

Scan with a real scanner and post the code(s), you have might a poor connection to the ABS module. Use a scanner, not an OBDII reader.
