I need any information (pictures if you have them) on reassembling the rear door lock assembly, i have all the new parts, can't mount the steel rod into the plastic piece, when I try to tighten the three bolts on the side it won't fit, also where do the two cable wires hook into .

 

Did you disassemble both doors at the same time? If not, look at the other door to check the setup. You should do one at at time to make sure of the correct parts and installation.

Now that I think about it, I'm not sure by 'Rear Door' if you mean the 'Swing Gate' or the passenger doors. (Hard to tell from the pics).

I was going to also say: they don't in answer to your question. You have one of the 4 doors' cables in your hand and they do not fit the rear door swing gate.
