put a ziptie LIGHTLY around the 2 heater core lines just at the firewall and see if that stops your rattle.

I had a crazy rattle thought it was the transmission. Then come to find out it’s the hearshield on the end of the muffler. That clamp looked like it was still attached but wasn’t. So I added a new one no noise.

Default Update !!!!

OK guys i have spent some time this weekend.

The buzzing is only happening while driving and only while applying the throttle, there is no buzzing when I decelerate.

I have banged the exhaust pipe with a rubber mallet and i cannot seem to duplicate any sort of sound.

This morning i taped my microphone around the engine compartment so i could isolate the buzzing sound.

I got the loudest recording of the buzzing when i taped the mic to the torsion bar directly under exhaust bend. I attached the audio recording to this post the buzzing is at 2sec- 7sec - 13 sec

Let me know what you guys think

I had a very similar issue with rattling. Check the small heat shield at the 90 degree angle on the exhaust. It wouldn't make any noise when i hit it with a mallet, but the sound went away after removing it. I essentially used tin snips and pliers to remove it.

Default Solved!!!!

Thank you everyone for your help it was in fact the exhaust shield on the first bend . The top weld was almost completely cracked through. It was tuff to spot up there.

Mr. MIG welder and I got it back together in about 10 minutes!

Thank you again!!
