06 H3 engine light

06 H3 engine light
I love my 06, but lost. My engine light came on, said catylatic converter, Key Fob won't work, tpms display. Roof leaks. I took to mechanic and had catylatic converter put in. Engine light still on! Same error code cat conv., now what? Now my fog lights won't work and I have replaced both. Started cold cranking and replaced h3 battery, which fixed the starting issue but now fog lights don't work.

You need to post the actual code, not what you think the summary is.
Roof leak: do you have a sunroof? If so, search fix for leaky sunroof. All sunroofs require maintenance to keep the drains clean and operating.
Do you still have the OEM Battery Terminal Connectors? If so, replace with a quality aftermarket set like Stingers or your favorite brand. #1 known cause of electrical issues in every H3/H3T and should be the first mod done to every one of them.
Replaced fog lights: with what? Your truck is 13-14 years old, the light bulb sockets get corroded, wires dry and crack. You have to inspect the wiring and clean the bulb sockets with electrical contact cleaner.
Fobs won't work: did you put in fresh batteries? They get OLD and quit, happens.

Check FOB Batteries? Go to your local Auto Parts Store and have them read the codes. Post what they are in this thread please.
Replace 14 year old TPMS (they have a shelf life, they are battery powered), Check Fog Bulbs?

No I didn't change the battery cables. I didn't know I should. But I will.

The fog lights have a separate pushbutton switch to turn them on or off on the dashboard by the headlamp switch. The Keyfob takes a 2032 battery they do need replacement from time to time.
