Before you all say yeah, yeah, sure, of course you did, I’ll just say this.

I’m struggling posting on the forum, frustratingly and randomly after writing a reply, the page will freeze and I get the message “Page Unresponsive” you can’t copy, save, post or refresh, all that you can do is scroll up and down, or take a screenshot. It could be the browser I’m using (Brave) or an addon (adblocker) or something, but it happens all the time, so I’ve taken to editing a word doc and copy and pasting from there – it’s safer.

Anyway, after 3 attempts today, where I pretty much suggested everything you did, even down to the dodgy fuse connection, I gave up and just wrote a precis (much to everyone’s relief no doubt)

What I also mentioned was that used I/P blocks of both types are available on eBay, also perhaps a bit of contact cleaner would help, as hummerz would normally suggest.

Again, good job.
Thanks OB. I know, always some skeptics out there. I have an EBay good one on its way to change it out. What I've found out is that the fuses on the right half of the block all interconnect to numerous associated pins on the back of the block where a large distribution connector connects to all the wiring. Suspect some sort of issue that disconnects either the +V or cold or wire side pin within the block assembly, caused by the fuse insertion pressure. My current "rig" didn't get the fuse all the way in like normal, but will keep it working for a few days until I get the new (certified used) block installed. Once I get the current block out I can try to determine exactly what happened. Looks like it should be an easy out/in process provided the backside connector isn't locked in.

Thanks again for your feedback. Very much appreciated.

Works for me on various electronic contacts, some can be difficult just clean and re-seat contacts multiple times. CRC has saved me a lot of money!

Hopefully it works like the Red can does! I've saved many electronics, when connections failed! Check out this amateur crc user(crc dries quick) using on his Xbox

Try a brand new fuse too. The fuse could be broken internally and bending it completed the connection in the fuse rather than in the fusebox.
