Hummer H2 For those who like a little more gleam to their Hummer, the H2 offers a similar rugged look as the H1, but as a lower cost, and with more added features, making it almost a massive luxury SUV.

What have you done to your h2 today?

My one cost for me more! I bought two of them for $80 plus shipping into Canada. Where did you find this good price?

I have started a full LED conversion on my interior. Got my inspiration from lojacks build thread. This is by far the most involved project I have done up to date. This is the escalade gauge face with white LEDs. The soldering only took about 20min on this part. I have now taken out my center stack and oh boy, much more involved. Amazon. It was used but looked in new condition. They show up on there once in awhile.

Changed the oil from whatever was in it to 5w-30 full synthetic. Hoping for no leaks (didn't have any originally).

Found out I need new bump stops & a transmission mount, long with other things.
Guess it's time to start a log!

A couple days ago, I pulled H2 out of garage and shut the engine. Did some stuff inside garage and tried to restart and all electric power shut down. I looked the battery and wondered. I got my wife's car next to H3 and tried jump but only silence.

Then I checked battery terminal. As I played with positive terminal then suddenly all electric power came back and suspected bad connection. I had HID wire connection interted there. That was cause of the issue. HID wire terminal made terminal bolt connection loose.

I ran to the Auto parts shop to get new bolt that can accept accessary 12v connection as attached pic. Hooked the HID wire up to the bolt. After that everything was back to normal.
