Hummer H2 For those who like a little more gleam to their Hummer, the H2 offers a similar rugged look as the H1, but as a lower cost, and with more added features, making it almost a massive luxury SUV.

Permanent solution is to remove that mess, and get a quality self leveling seam sealer, also tape it off to make a nice clean professional look. GL

Sorry to jump in and Make another Suggestion, But I Had a leak on my 2005 H2 SUT that was caused by the drain Tube from my Sunroof. I Can't remember the exact way it was routed, But I have a 2008 SUV Now that I Bought New and Wish I Had Bought The Factory Service Manuals or could find an Electronic Copy to Download as I Am now trying to solve my Charging System Issues. I Hope you have got the issue figured out as Water leaks can really suck as you already know. Wish you all the best on solving your leak for good

It would be nice to know if any of the non sunroof H2's have had this water leak problem.

Sunroof has an interior drip panel/drain! Exterior panel seams are all around, include the roof rack mount & roof mount lights=more sources for water intrusion. Seal the lights and roof rack mount properly with at least an EPDM Rubber or simply remove and seam seal. Fluid intrusion is NOT GOOD!
