Back to this, "you think, when parked, yet trigger when hitting bumps"? Again, check wiring/connector to the switch & seat heaters. Easy fix if you know how to use a multimeter.

It's probably a faulty drivers door window switch. Exact same issue mine had. The heater would randomly turn on and off. The seat heater switch plugs into the window switch. I installed a new GM one and it's been fine ever since.
