Default SDM Module

Hi there… desperately looking for an SDM for a 2009 Hummer H2. My module was fried when an after market radio was being installed (should have never agreed to install it). I feel like I have looked everywhere to no avail, as have 2 dealerships. Any insight? Thanks in advance!

it’s not there unfortunately when I search, even junkyards are challenging. They say they bench test them but it’s bs I have tried 2 already and they don’t communicate and when they have been opened up they are fried.

car-part.com

Who installed your aftermarket radio? If you paid an installer, have them fix their error. Let them track one down, install and test it.

Perhaps the short is still present so when you install a replacement it too gets fried.

that seems very plausible..... can you revert back to the original radio to see if that solves the "fried" modules?. Doc makes a very valid point- if you have several now with same result, I would strongly be looking for a fault in your H2.....
