Default Removing the Fan Clutch

I'm going to replace my water pump on my 2005 hummer h2. Does anyone have a tip on how to remove the fan clutch? I do have a tool from Auto Zone. But I just don't know how to get it done. The videos online make it look easy but don't give a good plan or idea on how to hold the pulling from spinning while trying to remove the fan clutch.

Do you have a compressor and an air hammer?

That is what I've always used. Air chisel - hit one side of the nut for a second and it comes right off.

If you have the holding tool and wrench its easy as loosening the fan but it loosens counterclockwise.
