The real reason is that your area dealership has TOO MUCH business. They do not need yours. And they can charge whatever they want, and have enough customers to pay it.
If they charge 2x as much, they only need half the customers, to make the same money. And still have a service dept full of cars.

Sorry to hear about all your troubles. Obviously you have to keep searching for a better service outfit. Maybe most of them are bad where you live. Here they are pretty good.

 

Hi, all new/rebuilt parts,flushed,rebuilt Torx-c, paid extra for an ss transmission,same as in ss sports trucks, corvette….rebuilt by dynamic Transmission, there more frustrated than i am, i still have a 2006 H3 we’re driving around, wifees truck….but his is getting old, its my TV, and cannot tow my trailer untill its fixed…and Trusted…..

will see what goes, im sure there tired of having it there,pulling out trans for 3rd time

There is no extra money for the rebuilding of the Transmission, they pay for all the tows, and all the work, im just out of using my truck, and inconvenienced…..they called yesterday and said they found the problem, seems the new torque converter, they installed the last time had a hair line crack in the imput shaft, causing the pump to fail, last time the pump had shattered because the pressure regulator failed, and it should be ready on Thursday, hopefully….

i use an 8+ iphone, i do not have full screen use, im not perfect, just Forgiven……..

 

i try to keep our trucks like new, just now ive had to resort to buy parts from the junkyard, many interior parts are unavailable, so i get them from there…Waxed and cleaned every three months, paints almost like new, running toyo M/T on both hummers…..

Being resilient does not mean being invulnerable. Resilience and invulnerability are sometimes confused. For example, more educational support for children with learning disabilities may make them more resilient within a learning environment, but it will not make them less vulnerable to stigma or bullying.

Resilience may be displayed in ways that not all consider positive. Over-optimistic expectations that have little chance of being met – “false hopes” – can lead to failure, as can excessive self-reliance. Sounds like the transmission shop is working hard at making it right, hopefully the 3rd time is the charm.
