Hummer H2For those who like a little more gleam to their Hummer, the H2 offers a similar rugged look as the H1, but as a lower cost, and with more added features, making it almost a massive luxury SUV.
there are different models of the same mirror. since there was a recall on the origional ones so they had to make different versions of connectors to make them work. you can probably just de pin the harness and use the connector that fits your and pin it the same way color wise. if not look in the diagram for your wire color functional equivelent.

Thanks bronxteck,
It's an Ebay Item @ around $635.00 with make an offer. I did send the VIN # so he could check fitment. He says it will fit but it's a 2008 and my 2 is a 2009. So if what you say is correct that there was a recall ...Chance are the connectors might be different. So I think I'll pass as it's a Junk Yard 2008 mirror. I don't feel like de-pinning and going thru the hassle.
Right now the Mirror is back operating in tilt and pan. So I'll let it go till next summer. I was looking to buy one to put in my parts stock. Thanks again for the reply.

Nice..That's a great thread. Thanks for the Link. I bookmarked it. I'm also waiting to here from a GM Friend who worked Parts and service Authorization at GM .He's just retired but has access to Dealers and GM Parts and Service He'll be trying to run down a 2009 NEW Mirror . I know.. Not made anymore. Not around on the web anymore. But he has his ins and outs contacts. He once came thru on a headlight assembly on a Caddy CTS-V for his friend that was out of production. But he found one hidden in GM stock somewhere.
It cost List $1800.00 as it has a Movable Beam as you turn corners. He got it for cheap. So I'll see what's what.
