Need a blower motor resistor pack but aftermarket ones aren't working
Hi everyone. I was wondering if you guys could help me find a blower motor resistor pack. I bought 2 on Ebay that were supposed to work but the first one was way too big the wiring needed to be cut. The second one had the right wiring but when I connected it the blower stayed on high even when the car was turned off. Do you guys get them rebuilt or ? Thanks for your help. 2003 H2 with digital climate control.
You could repair one of the ones you have, particularly the one that where the motor stays on, a very common problem.
Essentially the power MOSFET transistor has most likely died and gone "short circuit" hence the motor stays-on. Its quite easy to replace and cheap to buy (buy a pack of 5)
Although often refered to as a "Resistor Pack" its actually called a "Blower Motor Control Processor"
Take a look too at this thread where we discussed the issue before.
Please keep us posted.

There seems to be people repairing these on Craigslist. You might want to check it out and let the forum know if it works or not https://austin.craigslist.org/pts/d/...014687779.html
