Default Lift?

Just got 37s on (first pic) and want it lifted like the 2nd pic, pretty sure it’s a 3” lift and was wondering what’s the best way to go about that? Keys?

Also didn’t do anything with shocks so should I also get some shocks for them as well?

If you crank the keys (using reindexed keys) enough to get 3 inches in the front you will have a few issues. One is it will ride like garbage, literally hard as a rock. Second is your ball joints and some other front end components will be destroyed in sort order. You will also need shock extenders or longer travel shocks. Max to not have it ride terrible cranking torsion keys is right about 2 inches. Still will wear components out much faster too unless you replace the UCA's with ones that have angle adjustable ball joints.

Rear depends on if it is coil spring or air suspension.

That second pic looks more like a 6 inch lift which is only done with a full on lift kit.
