I use H₂O to thin paint, NEVER changes color! You need schooling:
Mix white into orange until it creates peach then then add a few drops of red. Then a bit more white it will in turn create a tint with a pink hue. Red and white will create pink.
Primary Colors: Red, yellow and blue.
