Hummer H2 For those who like a little more gleam to their Hummer, the H2 offers a similar rugged look as the H1, but as a lower cost, and with more added features, making it almost a massive luxury SUV.

how do I move an H2 with a dead battery?

You also could have crawled under the passenger side front and hooked some jumper cables or battery charger leads directly to the battery cable on the starter and the chassis ground.

"3500 dollar repair bill"? I've opened many locked outs with a wire coat hanger & some with a slim jim.
Where is the $3,500.00 damage?

Another option:-

There is a direct path from the driver's side wheel through to the hood latch, using a pole with a bent rod, such as a modified paint roller you can release the hood and charge the battery (there is a YT video)

only possible if you have access the front left, tricky yes, cheap yes, but no damage.

Its in the door jam I have custom paint and pinstriping you cant use slim JIM ON AN H2 they tried to use a AIR bag AND JAMED PLASTIC WEDGE in the door where it tore the paint to the metal . So they now have to match both doors and remove all the customs striping . Mine my was a diplomat humv the windows are much thicker bulletproof
