if the Y union broke they make a metal version for like a Dodge / Chrysler minivans. you just have to measure your hoses to see if it's usable. i found one on amazon with sizes specified for the y connector they are selling.
doorman also sels a metal one cheaper then the link below for said vehicles. idk the size but i am guessing it's the same.

Look up the part for a 2014 Escalade. The one on my H2 is identical to the Escalade my wife drives. Should be the same for the entire GM SUV and pickup lineup.

As a side note, you'll notice the factory hose has a plastic ring that cinches it down tight over the Y fitting. On my wife's Cadillac I simply cut that plastic ring and remove the hose, went down to Napa and put my own hose on. I use oteker clamps but you could use any sort of hose clamp. It's a lot cheaper than buying the pre-made one. Also watch the quick disconnect fittings up by the heater core. After 15 years they are very brittle and known to simply break off. That involves being a little bit of a contortionist, because the tool to get them to release usually won't work after they're so old. The answer is to squeeze it with some channel lock pliers and crack it. Then you'll be looking at the hose nipples coming out of the heater core, and you can install your hoses just like we used to in the old days with a clamp. I think the quick connect fittings were for the convenience of the factory when assembling.

What year? If it's an 08-09 with rear AC, you can use this part and slip some 5/8 heater hose over the heater core barbs on the firewall, 1/2 hose over the rear coolant lines and cut the ends off your hoses going to the water pump and connect them to the Ts. There is also a plastic y between the reservoir and the radiator that should be replaced(dorman has a nice metal one). Then you should replace the plastic fittings above the rear passenger fender liner for the rear ac. Lastly, replace the radiator. All of these plastic parts tend to fail at about the same time.

These are the Ts I used. I cant find my order for the other parts though, but you should be able to find them online.

If its an 03-07 just cut the ends off the heater hoses and attach them to the firewall with hose clamps. And of course do the radiator and the plastic y.
