Green connector bose stereo
For the steering wheel controls you need to set the dip switches on the PAC box to whatever is the correct sequence for your head unit brand, if you set it to something different and powered it on, you may need to pull the radio fuse after setting it to the correct sequence
It's hard to tell from the photos but it looks like there's a blue/yellow wire. Sometimes you have to connect the steering wheel controls to the blue/yellow wire as opposed to using the 3.5 jack connector. It all depends on what your radio is and what the wiring diagram says.
I tried unplugging the 3.5 jack and wiring the blue/yellow to SWC key 1 same result, I tried wiring the brown wire to the SWC Key # 1 same thing I revered the wires same thing
I did relize that originally i had the blue/yellow wired to the head units turn amp on, realized it should have been blue/white mot yellow, that didn't make much difference
what i did see was that if i open the SWC learn screen on the unit wording is in red asking to press a steering wheel keybto learn and nothing happens other then pac flashes green each tine pressed, when i first connect the 3.5 or say the swc wire the screen letteribg goes to yellow and will let save 1 steeribg wheel function then back to red and no response, abd the 1 function doesn't work so I have to unplug the wires or jack and reconnect. The odd time say trying volume up and save the volume up it sticks after saving and the volume just increases to the max if try to push volume down it battles against you until you let go and goes to max.
I could maybe see these.3.5 jack not working but what are the odds that fails and both wires do the same thing,
Is there a waybto test my pac ?

Well I figured all out,
got a new PAC and the SWC functions learned on the stereo problem solved
after talking to a radio installer i guess if you have the bise stereo and amplifier in yiur hummer the gain coming out of the stereo wires is too much for the amp in the hummer so i cut up some old thick RCA cables and butt attached them to the pac and used the RCA on the Atoto stereo. Problem solved normal l, no more screaming volume.
