Fog lights replacement
Hi All,
I have a H2 (2003). I have to replace the fog lights. Which other brand’s fog lights can be used in H2 (like GMC Yukon or maybe Wrangler)?
The new fog lights should be halogen and should have European conformity that makes it difficult. Can you suggest me something?

I agree, that would be the best. However, in my country I have to comply the rules (even if I don’t agree with them). For that I have to use halogens and they should have european confirmity sign (E signs). As I don’t find OEM H2 lights with E signs, I try to find some other model that has the same size of lights (maybe Chevy Tahoe? or something). But I don’t know which other car has the same size.
What archaic country in the world does not allow used of LED headlights? North Korea? I do not believe it.
1/3 of the cars in the world now run on LED headlights from the factory. And the rest will in a few years. It is so much more efficient, run cooler, and provide whiter light.
Incandescent and Halogens are being phased out. Halogens are now 64-year old technology.
And how would anybody find out what bulb you have in your headlights? Are they going to rip your car apart?
I do not believe it.

However, somehow I need to solve it.

Don't get me wrong though, a lit of led units are good but if you modify a vehicle from 2003 to 2009 on the H2 do it right, spend the money on some good units and have them DOT tested.
