do they turn on at night like fog lights? Or do they only turn on during the day when in drive?

 

they’ll come on just like your current ones. From factory they are on all the time but off when your headlights are on. though a lot of people bypassed that so they stay on all the time.

 

so where do the red and yellow wire go to? I know one is for the halo and the other is for the fog light but what do they tap into?

 

This was my design..... that seller found my thread here and basically copied my design, made it into a package with the added plugs to make it plug and play, and now sells them on Amazon. They even used one of my photos (4th one down in their listing) from my original thread here. lol

What they do not give you is any way to actually cut the fog light function on and off. I assume they just are on all the time if the ignition is on (they have you connect one wire to accessory power) and the halo only cuts on as the DRL function (using the stock DRL plugs).
