My rims are solid but "worn" looking, going to repaint!

Opinions on black truck with bronze rims?

Was also thinking flat black or gunmetal/grey?

Ive heard itts better to go gloss finish over flat/matte?

In a "perfect world? id like to paint rims flat gunmetal, once painted add "faux hex bolts" to existing "spots" on rims but I may be over estimating my diy skills on that, lol

 

I happen to love the bronze rims on black. I would tell you to look up any black car or truck with the color rims and go from there.

 

if you want a visual of what bronz wheels looks like on your truck you can try tirerack.com they have a visualizer. you pick your model. set the color of the vehicle and can drop down to wheel color selections then see whats the closest looking ones to yours but in bronz

 

I wonder what it would cost to have them powder coated....
