Baja LP6 headlights on Hummer H2 anyone done it?
Hey guys,
Ive been looking into running Baja Designs LP6 as primary headlights on my H2, but I havent been able to find any real builds or confirmed setups.
I know LP6 has DOT versions and works well on platforms like Jeep Wrangler JK with dedicated brackets, but the H2 is obviously a completely different setup (square housing, bucket mount, etc.).
My questions:
Has anyone actually mounted LP6 as headlights on a Hummer H2?
Is there any off-the-shelf bracket solution, or is this 100% custom fabrication?
How did you deal with:
mounting depth / positioning
beam alignment (since LP6 isnt a traditional projector housing)
wiring (high/low beam integration)
Right now Im assuming this would require:
cutting/modifying the factory headlight bucket
building custom brackets
possibly running separate projectors if beam pattern becomes an issue
Goal is more of a clean front-end / show + off-road hybrid setup, not just slapping lights on a bumper.
If anyone has pics, threads, or even dont do it experience, Id really appreciate it.
Thanks 🙏

First, custom fabrication is likely necessary since the H2's headlight housing is quite different from vehicles like the Jeep Wrangler. You may need to modify the factory headlight bucket to create enough depth for the LP6s. For beam alignment, it’s essential to test the positioning after mounting, as these lights don't use a traditional projector design.
