Hummer H2For those who like a little more gleam to their Hummer, the H2 offers a similar rugged look as the H1, but as a lower cost, and with more added features, making it almost a massive luxury SUV.
New owner to an '08 base H2. I've been going through the past 2 weeks and getting some of the little things taken care of that I wanted replaced/repaired. I went to put in some weathertech mats yesterday and I noticed that the front passenger floor was completely wet. It wasn't soaking wet, but wet enough where it came through the floor mat that I took out. I left the windows down and in 85-90deg F weather, it was dry in about 3-4hrs. Today, I noticed it was wet again, this time underneath the weathertech mat that I had put on the floor. It hasn't rained here in 3 or 4 days, so this is definitely water originating from somewhere inside the vehicle/engine. I've driven it only lightly (30min or less) each day, without using the A/C at all.
I've read many of the threads here but most of those point to rain drainage issues or AC condensate hose. We've had no rain, and I haven't used the AC in days, also there's no sunroof. Thoughts?
I have a 2008 h2 two and am having the same problem. I have whether tech floor mats and the carpet underneath is getting wet did you ever find out where the water was coming in from
