12.5 volts battery at rest, so I’m guessing it’s time for a new battery
it is around 4 years old lol

4yrs is a good life for battery. Take to auto parts store and have them charge/check battery.
After you get battery voltage to 12.6v+ make sure to erase srs codes and check if any return.

it could be the sensors on the front bumper are having issues like rust or shorted.
have you had any water intrusion on the drivers side carpet? if so you might want to take a look at the airbag module condition they can rot pretty bad when wet.

Looks like Battery didn't fix it, still has an internment light still the same codes, Usually, on the first start-up in am it is not there then it is their rest of the day after the next startup. I order the sockets to remove the seat and look at it. Any other ideas? It acts like a bad ground, I checked the grounds at front of vehicle those seem fine. I really don't know where any more grounds for the SRS system would be.

Under the driver side near the front door on the frame underneath..... That ground is critical to many systems.
