I’m trying to do the trans cooler mod from here

I would like to have the thermostat that bolts to the trans to avoid cold harsh shifts. I’m looking for the updated one that is like 150-160 degrees rather than the 195 degree one. If anyone has the part number for that please let me know.

 

Wow...That is a Big Azz cooler...!! I think I remember reading that the Trans fluid is really happy at around 178*. When I use to Off road my 2009 H2 that's when the temps when up from all the idling and crawling along. I think the hottest it ever got was 215*. That's Hot but not serious. If your off roading then that big Azz cooler is king. No Pink Rad Fluid.

My neighbor had an 2007 H3..She blew the cooler in the rad...Can you say ..Pink Rad Fluid...L.OL.
