Could anyone recommend
any upgrade or good brand for a 06 h2 Ac evaporator .
the Oem ac delco is not available anymore

 

Is your's leaking? Maybe it could be flushed, pressure tested and soldered.

 

Four Seasons has been in the AC parts business for many years, if it were me and I couldn't get a GM OEM replacement I would have no concerns using their parts.

I used a 4 seasons evap core a couple of years ago on a 2 door Tahoe. It actually looked as though it was better made then the original GM part I took out. Went in without any issues and worked perfectly.

I think the bigger challenge will be actually getting to it in an H2! Good luck on the job, have lots of cold beer available!
