Did you try e-bay, kijiji? Or may even some local scrap-yards?

Plastic welding is pretty simple. I think you can find plastic welders for around $200. Mine has paid for itself many times over.

Bob - It just happens that I just replaced mine in my 08 Hummer H2 with a new one I found from an old Hummer dealer after hunting for a long time. They are no longer available from GM, and pretty much need to be pulled from a wrecked 08 or 09 Hummer... which are difficult to find, and typically not in great condition. Note that while many firms that part these out indicate that the cargo area trim is the same across 03-09, they are not. These are unique to 08-09.

The cargo trim I pulled is in very good condition, and I replaced only because I found a new piece. I was saving this for my next Hummer restoration - who knows when that will be - but willing to sell and can post it on eBay to do it officially. It is in an original box that must be shipped as freight due to size. Please note that pulling one of these out is time consuming and surprisingly difficult as the clips are strong. It is nearly impossible to remove without breaking the middle center clip. You have to remove surrounding trim pieces as well - took me about 2 hours to remove, and 30 minutes to get it all back in. Attached is a photo so you can see the condition. Message me if interested...

Here is the passenger side cargo cover pulled and cleaned... looks pretty good.

I got a snapshot at an angle before removing to really get the worst angle with the light just right so I could see the scratches and justify the pain of replacing it

This is what it looks like normal viewing.
