Wiper Issue ??
before you bother putting that on, unless its one of the brand new units for the 03 recall your just gonna have the same damn problem... If you paid for it, i'd return it. Just pop off the plastic cover, you'll see the circuit board upside down in it, the seal for that cap is porus/foam allowing the water in. If you look at the very top of the board facing forward, you'll see the corrosion traces, like carbon tracks on a distributor. Wipe them off. Glob thatboard up w/ electrical grease to cover all the components and you can also put some gasket sealer on the cap. Issue fixed.
While your at the dealer returning that new motor, buy the 4 plactic clips that holddown the cowl cover that you have to remove to get at the motor. They almost always break.
