I seem to recall reading that the 2007 H3 models had lower cabin noise levels compared to earlier ones. I know our 2007 seems quieter than the 2006 we test drove.

 

Itoo installedthe roof cross rails a couple months ago(no lightbar) and I notice NO difference in wind noise. Now if I open a window that is a different story! In fact my H3 seems less noisy than my Jeep grand Cherokee did. Maybe I am DEAF?! (Of course I do not live in the north to experience much inclement weather either.)

 

When I took my H3 in to replace the cracked roof rails they also used some kind of sealant under the railing going down by the windows. The guy said that was the fix for alot of the wind noise. I really never noticed the noise (no marker lights) before and fer sure dont now. Just thoughtI would share that little tid - bit
