Wind vibration noise - solved?
Interesting observation that I thought I would share...
On several occasions while driving down the highway, I would experience a loud 'humming' noise coming from somewhere onthe right front outside (very distracting). It would usually occur when windy and around speeds of60-75mph. Short story- I recentlycut my stockantenna to 16" andno more noise. Apparently, I was getting a frequency vibration from the airflow on the antenna.

I've noticed something like that on our H3 when I'm tooling down the road with the sun roof open. I thought it was air moving over the wind deflector, but I bet it is the atenna. Sometimes it's bad enough in my right ear that I close it up and turn on the AC.
