Default Will the H2 fit in a regular car wash

It's a little too cold around here to wash the H2 in my driveway but I'd like to get some of the salt off of it. Are those full-service car washed equipped to handle a vehicle the height and width of the H2? Anyone take their H2 through the car wash?

Yup...sure does. I run mine through in the winter because it's too cold to wash in the driveway. Where is that freakin' global warming????

I run mine through a small selfserve spray touchless carwash to get the salt off of it and it fits fine. I did try and take it through an automatic carwash and they said no it was too big.

If you are going to run it though an automated wash just be sure to ask if its going to fit. That way if it does not, they are responsible.

Not all carwashes are created equal but, other than a bent front license plate, mine went through ok. I did ask first.

Touchless has been OK for me. The only problem I had was one sounded like the nozzles were 4 inches away, which is too damn close for hi-pressure water. Plus it left soap everywhere. I'll never do that again.

Just drive through one without paying . . . that way you'll know how well it fits with out the thing running over you.
