The set I had on had only one relay for both ballast. By the sound of it, that was my problem with the computer resetting once the HIDs came on. The wiring loooks exactly the same, I just need to add another relay to the other ballast and power it seperately. Did you hook positive directly to the alternator and battery? Thanks for the help!

I'm fairly certain it goes straight to the positive on the battery but I can't remember off the top of my head. There's also a junction block in a red plastic box where the battery and alternator meet. You can remove that nut and with a large enough connector connect all your positive wires there.
