STARR HIDs

STARR HIDs
Has anyone installed these "true" hid projection replacements? If so, please give a review.
I know they are expensive ($900), but I plan on keeping my H3 for awhile and I can't put up with the sub-par headlights.

Thanks in advance!!!

Update for those using the search function: I have had the headlights in for almost a year now and love these things. I am very happy with the amount of light and the pattern. I live in what could be considered the edge of suburbia and I am on unlit back country roads in less than 5 minutes from my house. In order to cut 5 miles of bumper to bumper traffic (yes at 6 AM in the morning) off my commute I use some of those roads every morning. In the last week I have had 3 close calls with deer, without these headlights I am almost certain they would have been collisions. The light pattern is nice and wide, even on the low beams (b/c of oncoming traffic it is hard to keep the high beams on in the morning). Each encounter with the deer started with the animal moving at the edge of the lights, which would be well outside of the stock headlight range. This allowed me to take my foot off the gas and hover over the brake, which gave me the extra split second to stomp on the brakes. I was skeptical when determining what headlight option I wanted; especially at the high price of the lights (but lets face it, not having to pay the deductible of two collisions paid for them). I can say this is one of the few times I feel that the cost was worth it. If you don’t choose the STARR system and decide to put in your own- go with the HID and the projectors, this will give you the best option versus putting HID bulbs in the stock lights. That just gives you a brighter crappy pattern not improving your vision all that much AND you **** off other drivers. Just my $0.02

I vehemently agree with CARdiac
hummerfunfor-
I can't imagine what you mean by quality ?
My STARR headlights have been problem free for five years and I'm still on
the original Phillips bulbs
