Hey guys, a newb here and im looking for a good spot for my iPhone....i have an h3 and have been running with this simple jack iPhone car mount. While i can't really complain because it works...pretty good i might add. Its just there though. Im curious to know if anyone has their iPhone inline with their head unit/stereo system. I have seen this and am looking for something similar....any ideas?

 

I just use a 15 dollar wall mart cup holder mount. Keeps it accessible for changing tunes etc. and I don't have to worry about it falling off the windshield.

 

On the dash above the stereo. Doesn't block the view out the windshield, but is easy to see without looking down. In vertical position the camera lens is just high enough I can video record a clear view out.
