Default Wheel liner hardware

Plugging up holes to see if i can't eliminate a wind sound in cab. I've ordered the 25 pack plastic retainers for wheel well as seen on another post.

On my front right wheel liner there looks to be a missing BOLT in the very front/top area. it would point toward the front headlight approximately or even higher and fits up in a fairly recessed area of the wheel liner. I can stick my finger through this hole and it doesn't feel as if there's anything on the other side that this might attach to, i.e. how do i find diagram or best way to fix.

Where can I find this part I've searched everywhere online. Maybe easier to remove front left and find a bolt replacement at local HW store? And again what's on the nut side of this thing or holding it?

A pic speaks a 100 words. The inner fender liner is all in place using retainer pop-in clips, no nuts or bolts.

BTW, I have never heard of anyone thinking a wind noise is caused by the fender liner? There are so many other known culprits, but maybe you found a new one.

Thanks Doc! Appreciate you taking the time. My left front in fact has a bolt going through it and retained on the back end by some pronged clip thing. This definitely doesn't show up on that diagram. Looks to be 3/8 in bolt. Perhaps this is jerry rigged on left but the hole in the metal just past the liner hole on right is pretty darn big and I'd be certain a plastic clip wouldn't hold or expand wide enough. I think my answer is to just go get about a 3/8x1/2 bolt and nut with a fairly wide washer.

I'll try to take some pics... very tight in there.
