Default Water Temp Gauge In the Dirt

Hey guys, my 2008 H3 just had a new radiator replacement! Anyway, now i'm getting a low water temp gauge indication all the way down like no temp. however, everytime this happens it in the morning when it's cold out and i always see this wording "AC Off" on idiot indicator. If my guage is normal it's not displayed, no "AC Off" indication. I'm trying to figure out is this a thermstat sticking or what? Bad water pump about to go or other issue? I had good Dex Coolant first time. This time i had just a little bit lower. I'll add some. Help!

get a scanner and read what the actual water temp is. If the scanner shows stuff not on the gauge, then you have a bad sensor or a bad gauge. The gauge would not cause the AC OFF, but a bad sensor could.

Thanks guys! Hey Doc, where is this town in MI? I'm from central MI and i've been looking at some land back home! Any good Hummer repair places in MI? I'll have to get someone i know to put a checker on it. The temp gauge at zero was starting when my H3 started to leak anti-freeze (Dex Coolant). I had the normal issue with Radiator top tank stressed on drivers side at 77k. It was doing this as my radiator started acting funny (aka leaking). I was wondering if the thermstat was sticking. I have about 3/8 inch below center on the reservoir. I had read where sometimes the guage reads higher or lower just depends on gauge. I was wondering if due to the issue with radiator if the guage would of went on it. One thing i like to work is the tempature guage. This hummer (H3) a lot of issue. I think i have had most of the common issue in my last two years. Still love it. But, thinking it might be time to get another truck as backup. Also, the electrical is kind of hokie (sp?) too, since i had the water issue with the drains back a bit last year. Last weekend as i was taking a hard (kind of hard) right turn the locks started to click like it was locking and unlocking the doors all of them.
