Torn inner CV boots, had outers replaced under warranty. Are the RCV boots any good, or should I just stick to stock? Also,what kind of grease is needed?

Carlos, I ordered the RCVs but they just came and haven't installed them yet, however they are alot stiffer than OEM and should do a much better job! I'm on my 4th ones drivers side!!!! Can't wait to install them and do some "field testing" lol

Carlos, they dont send any with the CV boots... so Im gonna order the Royal Purple Ultra Performance Grease...

Is 1 tube enough for both sides?

 

So just for the hell of it, I decided to call my dealer.....They told me to take it in to check out the problem. Well.....they decided to repair it since it was a power train issue. My ride has 50k on it, and everywhere i read it looked like the boots were regular wear/tear problem. Wohoo for me!!!
