I dropped it off this morning looking like this. When I pick it up tonight it will be leveled w/ 35's on some 18" wheels plus new shocks, a tint job and a PCM tune. I'm pretty excited. Will post "after" shots once I get it back.

Personally, I love it. The slant back cap looked a bit awkward before, and now I can't imagine the truck without it. And the chrome steps don't bother me as much now. The brush guard still has to go.

I don't think they did the CASE relearn on the PCM module though. Check engine light is on, and there are some subtle "misses" in the engine. Taking it back to make sure they get that done today. Anyone else ever had that issue?

 

Looks sharp! Glad you like how it turned out. I like that carbon black. I think we need to start a separate thread on here dedicated to just pictures of black H3Ts. Interesting all the different looks with your slant back top & largemouthbass's soft topper. And to think that 8 months ago I wasn't even considering black as a color. I can't imagine owning a different color in a T. Good luck with getting the PCM issue sorted out. Probably an easy fix.

 

Very nice. It looked good before but those wheels are a great change. What kind of PCM tune did you go with?

I had them scan it at AutoZone. The shop that installed it did the security relearn and somehow overlooked the CASE relearn. They're doing that Monday and that should clear this up. It's probably just running a little rich.

 

Did the PCM issue get worked out? I'm curious what you think of it....
