That's kinda dumb. So whoever has the Chrome Rims on their H3 has the tire sensor system somehow disabled at the dealer?

it is the lux model not to go offroad.

are you sure the chrome wheels don't have the TPS system? Thats the first I heard of that. the TPS is required by the federal government, is it not? Don't see how gm could sell it without them installed and working.

or did you mean that the set of chrome wheels he got in particular must not have had the tps monitors installed?

WELL.....since I am the one that started THIS......Here is the cost of the Sensor per rim/tire----COST $52---WHOLESALE $39.
THIS is what I have learned.......IF you try to do sometime nice for the wife.........................................THINK , LONG and HARD about it !!!!!!! Cause it might come back to bit you in the AS@. Now this is my 2cents on the Da@* RIM/Wheel deal.

until I get this sensor deal FIX.....NO MONEY--- for the Bucik Grand National that I am restoring.

I have the Lux model and it has the TPS system. They are NOT rubber vlave stems. Check your info because you are wrong. "it is the lux model not to go offroad." Um, I bought a Hummer...isn't it supposed to go offroad.

That why the lux model has car tire on it.
But depends when you bought it they might of change them.
