I don't drink milk damnit..Doncha know, us old peeps are lactose intolerant?..get it right will ya..
Seriosly, I'll look tonight while I'm soaking my feet in a pan of warm water and epsom salts..But I recall reading something in the OM about the placement of the wheels on the hubs and some marks to match up...Like I think the other Mike said in the beginning before he caved to the peer pressure to change his mind..what a whuss.

RE: Tire SENSOR----WHAT is the DEAL????
I looked through the OM, since this topic came up, just to learn the system. I don't recall seeing anything in my OM about the marks either. But, perhaps I didn't go to every side tracking (see x-xx) subsection they reference either.
From what I gather, as long as you have the sensors on each wheel, then when you install, or rotate or whatever, you go through the sequence and that should "set" the system, and let the puter know where each tire is. My take is, it doesn't matter where you put each wheel, as long as you let the puter know where they are when you're done, by using the system sequencing once they're installed.
Oh, and don't forget to stand on one leg, while reading a current issue of Maxim, and clucking like a chicken, once you're done, or you will have to repeat the whole process. When you hear your nieghbor yell, "you're a complete idiot"! , then you know the system has taken the swap, and you are done. LOL
Crazy .. isn't it..

RE: Tire SENSOR----WHAT is the DEAL????
I also have a second set of H3 wheels. I did not get the 35" tires yet so tell me this;
1. If I do not have the sensors in the second set of wheels the only problem will be having a message on the dash, no other problems right?
2. If I buy a set of sensors how do I match them to my computer or will they just work as soon as I put the wheels/senors on the vehicle?
Nothing is simple anymore.

RE: Tire SENSOR----WHAT is the DEAL????
1. The message can be turned off by pressing the DIC stem once..as explained above
2. A new set of sensors will naturally have to be calibrated to the car..see Owners Manual for cal. proceduresl
