Default Tire pressure sensors

O.K, I think I'm going to get a set of New Nitto Terra Grappler Tire(s) 295/75/16 2957516.
My question is what will this do to the tire sensors, will they work with the new tires ? Anyone have any suggestions on where to get the tires ?

for the love of......SEARCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

there are hundreds of threads about this.....the sensor is in the valve stem itself...it's a one unit stem sensor thing. Tires will not effect anything. If changing rims just swap over teh valve stem and all will be fine....or just ditch the entire thing all together and clear the message once every engine start up.

Justnotify whoever is replacing the tires for you that you have TPM in the valve stems and to be careful not to bust one. You may have to do a manual reset if you get a TPM warning in the DIC. I think that is explained in the manual.

Apparently it hasn't been beaten to death just yet because it keeps raising its ugly little head.

I wish you could permanently de-activate it. It's useful on the Vette becauseof the run flat tires, but is it really necessary on the H3?

If you have them put each sensor back at the same wheel location you should not have the light come on! or have to reset.
