My H2 front and rear brake pads about to be out soon. So I want to know which brands of pads is good? and how much they run for? do I need to change the rotor?

I just went with NAPA middle of the road stuff. <$100 for all four corners and done. As for rotors, you should only replace rotors if you feel a very distinct pulsation when applying the brakes. Also, check minimum thickness.
