Default Brake Pads

Has anyone here installed ceramic brake pads on the front of their H3? I have the stock wheels, and they are a pain in the a** to keep clean. I just checked autozone.com and front ceramic pads are only $34.99. I was just wondering if any special tools are needed to replace them. Seems like this would be a simple and very worthwhile upgrade for anyone that likes to keep their truck clean. Again just curious if anyone has done this.

Yes they are the factory pads. They only have 2300 miles on them, and this has been a problem since Aprial of 07 when I got it.

i would maybe get it checked out the only thing i can think is there may be something with your brake proportioning making it brake more in the front than the back than it is supposed to...............like the rear brakes might have some air in the lines that need more bleeding to a colapsed or pinched brake line come to think of it there are quite a few things that can cause that senario being that it is new it is probably something simple like air in the lines.

That may be it. I just thought it was because most of my driving is in town.(10 miles at a time) Thanks for the reply.
