I made sure the hazard and other harness On the bezel was plugged in..still receiving this message after..4hi light is lit and unable to switch to 4lock or 4 low. Is there a way to reset the system?

help
hoping someone chimes in quickly...
truck is currently in the shop (dealership). He called back with a list of problems totaling $5200.00 in repairs for the quote:
he says the SVC 4WD is a result of a bad 4-wheel drive switch? I asked if he meant the entire bezel with the hazard button, 4wd selector buttons, and temp controls (he wasn't sure and needs to wait for the tech to come back from lunch) he gave me a price of $437.00 for the part. Anyone know which part he may mean and what the part number would be? I've searched rockauto and tascaparts but not finding anything.
the rest of the problems:
-transmission pan gasket leaking
-steering gear and lines leaking
-front sway bar bushing seperated
-outer tie rods bad (although it steers fine with no shaking)
-left front axle going bad
He said it would take them most of the day to drop the head liner to check the drain tubes for the sunroof (i get water coming in thru the microphone, dome light, and front windshield when it rains heavy, water also pools up in the sunroof towards the front and i usually keep the cover closed when it rains or i'll get soaked)

i Agree and most of it i'll fix myself versus paying $5200.

i'm thinking they're referring to (price from tascaparts):
15800081 / SWITCH
TRANSFER CASE SELECT, W/REAR LOCK DIFF $45.86
or
15800080 / SWITCH
TRANSFER CASE SELECT, W/O REAR LOCK DIFF $198.67
I don't have lockers on my wheels so assuming I need the second one?

Lost, check eBay for the switch. I have several switches but they all are for Adventure or OffRoad packages with lockers.
As far as the rest of the list. Do the sunroof fix yourself.
Get a second opinion on the other stuff.
