Default Suspension advice

I've got this quote handy here and wanted some advice. I need to attempt to learn it myself ,but im busy with life . So i did some research and after sifting through a bunch of shoddy suspension/offroad/ differential shops i found the shop that supplied attached quote: they had alot of good reviews in regard to service after and handling any issues .

I don't know much about MOOG suspension parts he used moog entirely in his attached quote . But i get varying opinions from everyone. I need all thats quoted on attachments , inner and outter tie rods upper control arms with ball joint i believe idler/pitman arm an idler arm brackett ,i know make fabtech makes some heavy duty tierods but i wanted to ask what you all think about this.

id prefer something stronger than oem and will pay the diff. but ijust want to do it right

Anyhow

any suggestions - form experience preferebly

I don't remember what I paid for install... I got a great deal but it was done in my mechanics spare time in between jobs...Think I paid $800ish I know it was a big job that Included modifying the front diff...

If your gonna do upper control arms I suggest dual shock setup that comes with them...you are gonna love your truck once you lift it! Hope you got $ aside for tires cause your gonna need them!

Yeah the 1 thing holding my lift back has been my garage. It barley fits now with level kit. But I am stoked I think that I might just go with the rancho 4 inch lift. And 38 max I'm running 37 nitto mud now. I got em cheap. They are loud though. But as soon as I get this suspension done I can have fun off-road. I don't want to be super high I think the 4 inch lift will suit me fine maybe I'll do some image googling . But shocks will Def get upgrade. suspension comes first to me right now thats why I'm here i think moog is good but the rods look a Lil skinny like oem .
