Default Sun roof leaking (not drains)

After the big rain on friday night I went out to drive my 2009 hummer H3 and started it up and drove about 5 feet and a bunch of water poured out on my lap and the dash. The drain tubes were just fixed. Any ideas?

Did you clear both front and both rear lines and open up the rubber grommets on all 4?

If you got a dustpan (like for sweeping stuff up from ground), hold that at an angle to the reservoir at the front of your sunroof and dump a big glass of water into it and fill it up. If it doesnt drain in a few seconds you still got clogged drains

Take some tape and put a flexible tube on the end of your wet/dry vac.. Move it around in the tray and get as much water as you can out. Fill the tray with CLEAN SHOWER shower cleaner. In almost all cases the drains will open and start to flow freely. Also, clean the sunroof gasket and apply a heavy coat of dielectric grease (leave the heavy coat). At each oil change, pour some CLEAN SHOWER in the tray to keep them open. The cleaner is safe on plastics etc.. Good luck!

Friends 06 h3 had sunroof slop water all over passenger seat. I checked both front tubes thinking hey I just cleaned these out months ago no way there clogged and they weren't. I still do not know why it poured in on seat. But with all the heavy rain we've also been getting have heard nothing back about water inside. The rears were cleaned out and modified a couple seasons ago. All corners show water draining also when cup tested.
So, sometimes it is not the drains. I've concluded that it has something to do with pitch, angle h3 is parked at and if rain is heavy wind driven. My .02.

Hey Doc Olds I bought it at CarMax and after some water hitting my feet during the rain I took it back and they fixed it (I know because no more wet feet). This appears to be a different problem. After having a buddy that knows about cars look at it. He told me it looks like the seal on the sunroom isn't in the best shape it could be. Car max is taking it back in Tomorrow.

the only possible way it could even approach not draining is if it were level! and it drains when level. aint the pitch..
