Squeekie noise in the back cargo area

I usually have to redo the jack and tighten it every few months. Seems to work itself out of place and squeak.

I would use graphite or dry teflon lubricant that does not attract dust as in most cases WD40 is a dust magnet and on an H3 used in the conditions it should be used in will see some dusty roads.

I have used teflon tape on it before, added some stress to the threads and wouldnt allow the wing nut to back off.

I have used black fabric tape on the mounting points that the jack sits on in the endgate and it seemed to help reduce my squeaks. I didn't think about lubricating the guide plate, will have to try that out next.
